Our Rules
The Babbinswood Farm Community Benefit Society Rules are our governing document. The document describes Our legal structure as a charitable Community Benefit Society, which is a type of co-operative. This does not mean we are a charity registered with the Charity Commission, but that we have recognised charitable purpose.
